Abomination is a good matchup against healers. I'm not sure of the exact percentage but a duped Wolvy heals alot slower.

Iron Fist is good against anybody with armor up...his armor break stacks nicely.

In a pinch, I also find healers are good against other healers. Let's the last long enough to wear them down.
